The EPX system eradicates the complications of measuring and mixing adhesives with hardeners accurately critical to achieving perfect performance • Avoids hand mixing and any resulting errors • Bonds many materials • Joins and seals in one operation • Provides galvanic corrosion resistance on metals • Reduces waste 21 Structural Adhesives SAFETY AND MAINTENANCE ABRASIVES SINGLE SIDED TAPES PACKAGING ADHESIVES DOUBLE COATED TAPES Bostik Axiom 100PM Acrylic Adhesive (two-component structural adhesive) This two part acrylic, structural adhesive provides tough impact resistant bonds with high peel strength across a wide range of substrates. • Easy to use cartridge system for accurate application • Up to 4mm gap fill • No sagging • Simple 1:1 ratio and controlled mixing system for constant bond strength • Fast bonding with handling strength in 10-15 minutes (22°C) • Available in 50ml and 200ml twin cartridges and in 5 litre containers for use in automated application equipment. • Provides excellent chemical and temperature resistance. 3M Scotch-Weld™ Thermoset Adhesive System This adhesive offers a performance similar to many of the two component structural adhesives without the need to jig or clamp for long periods (simple alignment by hand is usually all that is required). • Enough time is given to position or slide the two components together, then set to handling strength in seconds after compression. • Full strength will then build up over a period of approximately 20 minutes to several hours depending on the materials and application. • This is ideal because curing can continue to take place on finished materials during either storage or awaiting next process without clamping. This frees up production lines, increases time efficiency and savings. • High volume production quantities are also available in a choice of larger containers to suit your requirements.
