Loose Fill Polystyrene Chips Free flowing loose fill chips manufactured entirely from environmentally friendly recycled polystyrene. Ideal for protecting boxed goods. (15 cu. ft.) bags 29 Protection and Cushioning ABRASIVES SINGLE SIDED TAPES PACKAGING ADHESIVES DOUBLE COATED TAPES Bubble Wrap Flexible, tear resistant, plastic packaging film with bubbles of air sandwiched between the inner and outer sides. The air bubbles provide good short term protection against impact, shock, vibration, thermal differences, and water damage. Bubble film is also available with an antistatic additive to minimise the possibility of damage to sensitive electronic components. The resulting film is colour coded pink to distinguish from standard bubble. There are two standard bubble sizes; Small - approx 3 1 ⁄ 2 mm high x 10mm wide bubbles Large - approx 9mm high x 30mm wide bubbles Bubble film is available in rolls, perforated rolls, adhesive rolls, sheets, self-seal bags, and pouches. Foam Rolls A foam of tiny air bubbles encapsulated in polyethylene plastic. The material has a very soft non-abrasive finish and leaves no marks on most surfaces. Has good long term protection properties due to the foam being of closed cell construction. Waterproof and CFC free. Foam rolls are available in 1.0mm, 2.5mm, and 4.0mm thicknesses and a variety of roll widths Air Filled Cushion Bags Plastic pouches that are stored flat and inflated via a one-way valve when required. Used as a cushioning and protective gap filler the product is easy and cheap to store and produces minimal quantities and weights of packaging waste. One roll of air cushion bags can produce 4.8 cubic metres of void fill equivalent to 5 rolls of bubble film and 10 sacks of loose fill chips. Dispensed and inflated using a simple bench top unit.
