Coated abrasives provide fast, cost-effective solutions to stock removal and finishing problems. The three main types of backings are Paper, Cloth and Polyester. The abrasive coatings can be Aluminium Oxide, Silicon Carbide, Cubitron™ Mineral or Zirconia with grit sizes from 24 to 400 Abrasive Discs Fibre Discs The use of high quality abrasive grain provides fibre discs with high performance results on sanding and polishing of metals. Conversion Service We have access to one of the most complete ranges of abrasives in Europe, for example Norton, 3M and Klingspor allow us to produce high quality abrasive belts with sizes ranging from 6mm to 400mm width in any desired grit or length. Flap Discs Flap Disks work as the abrasive flaps, individually bonded for a tough reinforced fibre backing, wear down. As they wear they expose the next layer of abrasive material, giving a consistent finish and very long life.
